-Responsible for campaign registration in marketplaces (Lazada and Shopee), actively strive for marketing resources on the platform with KAM (for campaign pages, homepage exposure, voucher exposure, BMO, etc.)
-Participate in the preparation of store promotion strategy and coordinate resources to achieve sales target.
-Participate in the planning of the store layout design wild frame, planning online activities and special promotion on marketplaces, and in-channel marketing ROI optimization.
-Work closely with designer for the ads image direction, optimize the click-through rate and conversion rate of the ads image, and improve the search relevance ranking of the product.
-Prepare monthly operation plan and be responsible for its implementation, evaluate the promotion result and analyze the data of store and product visits and conversion rate.
-Coordinate with graphic design team, customer service team and other personnel to complete the above tasks smoothly and effectively.
-Prepare data analysis reports of store visitors, sales volume, conversion rate, etc.
-Explore and recommend creative ways to reach out to target audience and continuously engage customers through digital platforms.
-Keep up with trends in the digital marketing space, competitor's activities and industry best practices in order to stay abreast of the developments in the marketplace.
-Familiar with the in-channel paid advertising tools on marketplaces (Lazada/Shopee). Good at summing up experience, to provide decisions for achieving sales performance and target.
-With good interpersonal communication skill and able to maintain good relationship with KAMs and clients.
-Work as a team player to assist other relevant activities.

; Requirements:-
-More than 1 year of marketplaces (Lazada and Shopee) promotion and operation experience, campaign registration experience is preferred.
-Understand platform in-channel marketing rules and be familiar with members' shopping habits and shopper's psychology.
-Experience in in-channel marketing tools of marketplaces (Lazada and Shopee), familiar with keyword search technology optimization (SEO), and have unique insights of out-channel marketing,
-Deep understanding of cross-border Internet marketing, quick thinking, clear thinking, and strong perception of the online shopping market.
-Good at planning, promotion and project execution ability, strong communication ability.
-Excellent logical thinking ability, strong sense of responsibility and initiative, teamwork spirit, excellent learning ability and innovation ability.
-Effectively use and experience in TikTok, FB, IG and other social media platforms.
-Flexible working schedule but willing to commit during Mega/Big campaigns.
-Strong data analytical skill with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
-Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
