E-Commerce Executive

-Manage Company's websites, Shopee, Lazada and Tiktok Shop, ensure its up-to-date and user friendly.


-Overseeing product listings, descriptions and pricing on all online platforms, ensure accurate price and compelling content.


-Work closely with Marketing Department to ensure successful marketing campaigns launch.


-Coordinate with warehouse team to ensure adequate inventory level, stock replenish and timely order fulfilment.


-Support team to develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales according to the project timeline.


-Research and identify industry trends, opportunities, competitor threats, and customer preferences to always maintain a competitive edge.


-Utilize analytics tools to track performance, user behaviour, and conversion rates for continuous improvements.


-Handle and resolve customer inquiries, feedback and complaints, ensure top-notch customer service.


-Undertake other ad hoc assignments as required.

-Familiar with Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok Shop day-to-day operations.


-Knowledge in Google SEO.


-Minimum Diploma in Mass Communication, Marketing, or equivalent field.


-Teamwork player and able to communication with all levels.


- Pharmaceutical is added advantage.
