Position SummaryAs an eCommerce Executive, you are to contribute to managing and developing all aspects of the Ecommerce business including strategic and tactical initiatives, to drive online business growth, online market share and drive business profitability.
A day in the life of a eCommerce ExecutiveDevelop online shopper insights and support strategies and plans that deliver category growth based on online consumer, shopper and online customer requirements. (All E-Commerce Sub Channels)
Develop and propose the online picture of success for the category. Support its implementation and continuously review the effectiveness of online activities.
To lead and work with E-Enabler to plan and execute E-commerce plan flawlessly.
Develop business relationship with key Customers & Partners to ensure strategic alignment and continuously improve customer satisfaction.
Develop and communicate key priorities of E-business (Channel, Customer, business development, path-to-purchase funnel, new opportunity, etc) to team members, leadership team and cross-functional partners.
Builds and activates digital ecosystem to drive traffic and conversion across eCustomers by way of activating the eBusiness framework to drive connection and conversion.
Develops online merchandising plan to align with marketing calendars (seasonal) and content strategies.
Manages activation of brand content and presence on eCommerce platforms.
Accountable & Responsible to ensure achievement of agreed E-Biz and E-Commerce related sales target/KPIs and all relevant organizational goals.
What will make you successfulEducation: Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent.
Experience: 4 years in ecommerce marketing.
Proven leadership of large Ecommerce business developing & management.
Strong experience in Sales and/or marketing and digital savvy.
Has successfully delivered on KPIs, especially top and bottom-line business results.
Experience of leading business transformation to develop new opportunity beyond current organizational thinking.
Outstanding analytical skills, strong experience interpreting test results & drawing conclusions.
