Ensure accurate product categorization, descriptions, and pricing.Customer Experience : Ensure that the e-commerce platform delivers an optimized, seamless, and user-friendly shopping experience. Address customer issues and feedback to continuously improve satisfaction.Digital Marketing Support : Collaborate with the marketing team to execute and optimize online marketing campaigns (PPC, SEO, email marketing, social media, etc.) to drive traffic and sales.Market Research & Trend Analysis : Monitor e-commerce trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.Reporting & Analytics : Provide regular reports on sales performance, website traffic, customer behavior, and campaign performance.
