E-Commerce Executive

Marketing Communications (Marketing & Communications)
Manage Company's online marketplaces, including daily operations, responding to customer enquiries, stock level management, product listings, pricing adjustments, and visual campaigns.
Work along with the Sales and Marketing team to promptly execute all promotional activities.
Manage Company's website and marketplaces to maintain brand identity across all communications, content, and designs; update product listings & campaigns as needed.
Collaborate with the Marketing team to create relevant campaigns and engaging content for various social media platforms.
Track and analyze competitor activities across all E-commerce platforms to identify growth opportunities.
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Sales/Marketing, Business Management, or related fields.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Digital Marketing tools.
Prior experience in an e-Commerce role, preferably with a focus on online sales and digital marketing.
Knowledge in managing social media accounts such as Instagram, Facebook & TikTok.
Able to work independently with strong analytical skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
