Sports Direct Malaysia currently operates a total of 34 retail stores domestically and manages a proprietary SportsDirect.com e-commerce site for domestic and regional fulfillment.

Your responsibilities as the E-commerce Executive will include but not limited to: Overall e-commerce guideline and flows understanding.
Conduct a thorough analysis of the customer journey on our e-commerce website.
Identify opportunities to enhance the overall user experience and increase conversion rates.
Collaborate with the technical team to ensure the website is running smoothly and perform regular maintenance tasks.
Troubleshoot and address any issues related to website functionality promptly.
Maintain product listings, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Regularly review and update website content, including images and descriptions.
Assist in setting up and managing promotions, discounts, and special offers on the website.
Monitor the performance of promotions and provide insights for improvement.
Contribute to the creation of engaging and persuasive product descriptions, promotional content, and marketing copy.
Ensure consistency in brand messaging across the website.
Utilize data analytics tools to analyse E-commerce performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
Assist in generating reports and insights to support decision-making processes.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align promotional activities with customer journey optimization efforts.
Coordinate with the creative team for the development of visually appealing content.
Any other assignments as directed by immediate superior as and when required.
Candidate must have the following requirement: Strong communication skills and ability to interact with multiple teams.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to plan and organise own workload.
Advanced Excel skills preferable.
Bachelor's Degree in related fields.
Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
At least 1 year of work experience in e-commerce, retail or business development role will be a plus point.
Strong business judgment backed by analytical mindset and comfort generating and evaluating various forecasts, metrics, and analyses.
Innovative problem-solving skills; dissecting root causes of problems and implementing solutions.
A self-starter takes ownership and passionate in driving results– comfortable in fast-moving entrepreneurial environment.
