We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated E-commerce Executive/Manager to oversee all aspects of our online sales operations for Core Classic.
You will be responsible for supporting in ecommerce operations and value added services such as Key account management, Store management, Marketing campaign planning, Customer service, Business analysis, and Digital marketing activities.
1. Website and Marketplace Management
Manage the day-to-day operations of ecommerce websites and marketplace
2. Ecommerce Strategy Development
Develop and implement strategic plans to increase online sales, improve conversion rates, and enhance customer engagement on website and marketplace
3. Digital Marketing Activities
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, sales, conversion and a/b testing and reporting to our e-commerce platforms
4. Copy Writing
Develop compelling product descriptions, website content, email campaigns, and other promotional materials that drive engagement and conversions
5. Sales and Performance Analysis
Track and analyse key performance metrics related to online sales, traffic, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs
6. Partnership Management
Collaborate with external partners, including e-commerce and marketplace platforms, payment processors, and logistic providers, to ensure smooth operations and optimize performance

; Requirements:-
-Bachelor of degree in digital marketing, marketing, business or related field
-Minimum 2-3 years experience in similar role
-Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, Tik Tok Shop)
-Proficiency in web analytics tools (Google, Meta, Tik Tok Analytics)
-Good communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
-Experienced with using Excel, Word and PowerPoint
-Experienced in operating photoshop is an advantage
-Friendly and willingness to learn
