Work closely alongside the key team leaders in the operation department and earn a fast career progression track to becoming an operation manager.Welcome outstanding fresh graduate or intern.Job scope:- Assist new merchants with the on-boarding process and training- Maintain relationships with existing merchants and assist with campaign participation- Develop, facilitate and maintain positive/strong merchant relationships to ensure merchants are active on platform- Assist in troubleshooting merchant-related problems and provide actionable, proactive solutions- Assist customers upon any inquiries, complaints or issues faced before and after purchase- Monitor and manage order fulfilment and refunds to customers- Work collaboratively with Management, IT programmers, and web developers on day-to-day online business- Ad-hoc tasks**Requirements**:- Great communication, task organisation and problem solving skills- Friendliness, patience and good customer service skill- Ability to work independently and to take responsibility for tasks- Quick response to mobile messagesAdvantages:- experience in customer service/sales/telemarketing/frontdesk/receptionist/event management/e-commerce**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract, Temporary**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Flexible schedule- Work from homeSchedule:- Flexible hoursSupplemental Pay:- Performance bonus
