E-Commerce Executive – TikTok & Live-StreamingWe are seeking an enthusiastic and innovativeE-Commerce Executiveto lead the growth of our TikTok Shop and drive engaging social commerce campaigns. This role requires a unique blend of creativity, data-driven decision-making, and technical expertise in managing TikTok and other live streaming across platforms. You'll play a key role in managing TikTok shop operations, execute live-streaming campaigns, and drive GMV growth for brands like Bio-Essence, Dr. Dermis, amongst others TikTok Platforms.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
E-Commerce Operations:Manage TikTok Shop operations, including enabler management, product listings, and visual merchandising.
Coordinate with brand teams to align campaigns with broader marketing strategies.
Oversee live-streaming activities on TikTok, Lazada, and Shopee to maximize GMV.Ecom Campaign Management:Develop and execute innovative monthly campaigns to drive GMV and engagement on TikTok.
Collaborate with influencers and partners to ensure successful live-stream sessions (across TikTok, Lazada and Shopee).
Plan and oversee live-stream scripting, product demonstrations, and hosting arrangements.Content Creation and Partnerships:Work with agencies to craft compelling social commerce content, including videos and live streams.
Build and manage strong relationships with influencers for long-term brand collaborations.Analytics and Strategy:Track and analyze performance metrics (e.g., sales conversions, engagement, and ROI).
Leverage insights to optimize campaigns and enhance customer engagement strategies.Innovation and Experimentation:Explore new tools and trends to innovate and elevate the shopping experience.
Stay updated with the latest TikTok and e-commerce trends to ensure competitive content.REQUIREMENTS:
At least 1-2 years' experience managing TikTok E-com and livestreams with total work experience of 2-3 years.
A solid understanding of TikTok's platform dynamics and the ability to integrate them into strategy and execution.
Experience in managing live streams and digital campaigns with exposure to ecom management on Lazada and Shopee platforms.
Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong comfort with e-commerce platforms, data analytics, and ad performance metrics.
A creative problem-solver with hands-on experience in live-streaming techniques.
Any work done in skincare or FMCG is an advantage but not mandatory.
