We are seeking a dynamic and results-orientedE-Commerce Managerto join our team.
This role will focus on developing and implementing e-commerce strategies to drive revenue growth, enhance user experience, and optimize the online shopping journey.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in improving site performance, customer acquisition, and conversions while collaborating cross-functionally to meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies to achieve business goals and revenue growth.
Optimize product listings, sales processes, and website performance to enhance user experience (UX) and increase conversions.
Product Display & Content Management:
Oversee the creation and optimization of product displays on the e-commerce platform.
Ensure product descriptions, images, and videos are accurate, compelling, and SEO-optimized.
Website Management & Optimization:
Lead website optimization efforts, ensuring the site is functional, user-friendly, and optimized for conversions.
Implement A/B testing, optimize site speed, and improve customer flow.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
Develop and execute CRM strategies to drive customer loyalty and retention through personalized marketing campaigns, email marketing, and loyalty programs.
Use customer data to create targeted campaigns that improve customer lifetime value.
Oversee logistics and fulfillment to ensure timely and accurate product deliveries.
Collaborate with logistics teams to ensure smooth order-to-delivery processes.
Customer Service Management:
Lead the customer service team to resolve inquiries and issues promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Gather feedback from the team to continuously improve the online shopping experience.
Performance Reporting & Analytics:
Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) including conversion rates, average order value, and customer acquisition costs.
Use data insights to refine e-commerce strategies and optimize the customer journey.
Implement and oversee digital marketing strategies across PPC, SEO, social media, affiliate channels, and display advertising to drive traffic and sales.
Use attribution modeling to evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns.
Traffic Analysis & Optimization:
Conduct regular traffic analysis using tools like Google Analytics to track performance, identify trends, and optimize campaigns.
Improve website speed, SEO, A/B testing, and sales journey to enhance conversion rates.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with marketing, IT, sales, and finance teams to align e-commerce strategies with business objectives.
Market Research & Competitive Analysis:
Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor strategies, adapting e-commerce tactics accordingly.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in managing e-commerce operations, digital marketing, and website optimization.
Bachelor's Degree in Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
Expertise in PPC, SEO, social media, display advertising, and affiliate marketing strategies.
Strong understanding of UX, web design, customer flow, and web analytics.
Proven experience with A/B testing, conversion management, and sales journey optimization.
Familiarity with traffic analysis, reporting tools, and attribution modeling.
Expertise in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and CMS systems.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
