**Based in their Puchong office, the prospective employer is the sole distributor in Malaysia (online and offline) for some China products. You will oversee only Malaysia E-commerce in 3rd Party platforms (Shopee and Lazada (with TikTok to be added later).**You will report directly to the Director of the company. Essentially, the core scope of responsibilities covers the following:- Leading your 4 team members with directions, motivation, process clarity- All E-commerce operations (not limited to coordinating digital marketing campaigns, and managing product listings), customer service (understandably, this means front-end and back-end)- Deal with all online platform Key Account Managers for backend matters.- Driving online sales- Coordinating digital marketing campaigns- Optimizing online platform user experience- Planning campaign, budget- The E-commerce Manager must also liaise with the E-commerce Person-In-Charge (point person) of the Principal HQ office in China.Job Responsibilities:- Plan and lead end-to-end e-commerce platform/ marketplaces' operation (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, etc) to support the new product digital launches and big campaign periods- Develop key strategies and implementation paths for e-commerce business according to business objectives, including but not limited to: business strategy platform promotions, differentiated activities and rights planning and implementation, etc- Responsible for Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) target and regional performance percentage- Develop, implement, and manage the budget, ensure that the allocated budget is effectively utilised to achieve the organization's e-commerce goals and objectives- Establish strong working relationships with e-commerce platforms to achieve business goals and keep abreast with events or developments from the marketplace- Monitor web traffic statistics and analyse product/pricing strategies, sales data, and promotions by generating reports and developing KPIs to create actionable plans to drive business growth- Manage and oversee customer service representatives on all aspects of customer support, including inquiries, complaints, returns, and order management**Requirements**:- Bachelor's Degree and above in Marketing or any related field- Minimum 5 years experience in e-commerce operation & with electronics product background/brand vertical e-commerce/cross border e-commerce industry is preferred.- Fluent in Mandarin due to business needs- Strong logical thinking and solid data analysis skills, able to identify and summarize problems from data, active thinking, innovative, and strong continuous learning ability- Goal-oriented, self-driven, and responsible, with good communication and cross-team collaboration skills, and strong stress tolerance**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate**Salary**: Up to RM9,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Dental insurance- Free parking- Health insurance- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- 13th month salary- Commission pay- Performance bonusAbility to Commute:- Kuala Lumpur (required)Ability to Relocate:- Kuala Lumpur: Relocate before starting work (required)
