Responsibilities of an e-Commerce Manager
Website & Application Development
Lead the development of the company's new e-Commerce website and application to ensure seamless user experience and functionality.
Drive sales performance across all e-Commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, Instagram, etc.).
Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales KPIs, including traffic, conversion rates, average order value, and cost per acquisition.
Budget & Planning
Propose and manage the e-Commerce budget with relevant KPIs.
Develop business plans, sales promotions, and marketing strategies for all e-Commerce platforms to meet revenue targets.
Platform Management
Oversee the management of e-Commerce stores, including executing online campaigns and promotions.
Manage product listings, content creation, and platform backend settings.
Ensure timely and accurate platform updates and go-live readiness.
Cross-Departmental Coordination
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (warehouse, customer service, business development, marketing, operations) to ensure smooth e-Commerce operations.
Data Analysis & Reporting
Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitor activities.
Provide detailed monthly analysis reports and post-campaign reviews.
Analyze traffic, sales performance, and campaign effectiveness to optimize ROI.
Deliver weekly/monthly sales reports, new product sell-through rates, and offer code performance analyses.
Customer Service & Satisfaction
Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving customer inquiries and issues promptly.
Promotion & Advertising
Plan promotional mechanics, advertising strategies, and budget allocation.
Analyze past campaigns and collections to improve future marketing effectiveness.
Implement an omnichannel and consumer-centric approach to enhance online customer experiences.
Product Launches & Pricing
Coordinate marketing activations for product launches and promotional campaigns within agreed deadlines.
Govern e-Commerce pricing, distribution, and markdown strategies.
Social Media Integration
Transform social media platforms into profitable channels through strategic frameworks and engagement.
Manage the procurement and implementation of new e-Commerce technologies.
Serve as the primary liaison between brands, platforms, and third-party service providers.
Strategic Inputs
Provide actionable insights on customer behavior, competitive activities, and digital marketing trends.
