Job DescriptionResponsibilities
Ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platforms including software integrations and partner relationships.
Develop a detailed report with a timeline outlining the health of all ongoing projects related to e-commerce platforms.
Analyze, track, and report data using relevant e-commerce tools.
Identify and propose a clear action plan to increase traffic, conversion rate, and customer database.
Observe and report performance of sales, promotions, and marketing campaigns related to e-commerce platforms.
Identify, implement, and execute strategies to achieve given KPIs.
Work closely with the Marketing Manager or Director to ensure that the website is updated with the relevant marketing assets.
Assist the Management to develop site architecture and optimize processes to support the brand's e-commerce ecosystem.
Assist the Management to identify strategic business partnership and collaboration plans.
Job RequirementsRequirements
Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, e-Commerce, or equivalent.
At least 2-3 years of relevant experience.
Good understanding and working experience in UI/UX design, preferably in e-Commerce.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Highly organized, self-motivated, result-driven, and deadline-oriented.
Good problem-solving and negotiation skills.
Able to start as soon as possible will be an advantage.
