The Online Sales and Customer Service Specialist will manage and enhance online sales channels while providing top-notch customer service.
This role requires excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills to drive online sales and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: Online Sales Management: -Oversee and improve online sales channels, including the company website, e-commerce platforms (e.g., Lazada, Shopee), and social media.
-Create and maintain product listings with detailed descriptions, images, and pricing.
-Develop and execute sales strategies to increase online sales and meet sales targets.
Customer Service: -Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media.
-Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction.
-Assist customers with product information, order placement, payment processing, and delivery tracking.
-Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business.
-Monitor customer feedback and reviews to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Experience: -At least 2 years of experience in online sales and customer service, preferably in the food or health industry.
-Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and customer service tools.
Skills: -Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Malay.
Additional languages are a plus.
-Excellent problem-solving skills and patience when handling customer issues.
-High empathy and the ability to effectively address customer needs.
-Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and online sales tools.
