Job Responsibilites: Assist in create, update, and maintain product listings across various e-commerce platforms, ensuring accuracy in descriptions, pricing, and images. (Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok, etc.).Process customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.Monitor and update product stock levels, coordinating with brand, warehouse and related teams as needed.Assist in customer service team to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and return processes to ensure a positive customer experience.Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotions, campaigns, and product launches.Work closely with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.Support the creation and analysis of sales performance reports and metrics.Identify and escalate any operational issues to senior management for timely resolution.Assist in improving internal processes to optimize efficiency and productivity.Work closely with internal and external stakeholders including Brands owners and Ecommerce marketers, Marketplace account managers, Logistics, Media Partners and Finance to ensure timely communication and completion of tasks.Any other tasks and projects as assigned by the superior/Company. Job Requirements:Minimum 1- 2 years' experience or have relevant experience are encouraged to apply.Diploma / Degree in Ecommerce, Business, Data Analysis or any other related fields.Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and basic data analysis.Good communication skills and a team player.Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with other departments.Ability to multi-task, and work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment to meet the expected outcomes.Good proficiency in Mandarin, Malay and English.
