E-Commerce Operation Executive

Marketing Communications (Marketing & Communications)
Assist in creating, updating, and maintaining product listings across various e-commerce platforms, ensuring accuracy in descriptions, pricing, and images (Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok, etc).
Assist the customer service team in handling customer inquiries, complaints, and return processes to ensure a positive customer experience.
Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotions, campaigns, and product launches.
Work closely with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
Support the creation and analysis of sales performance reports and metrics.
Identify and escalate any operational issues to senior management for timely resolution.
Assist in improving internal processes to optimize efficiency and productivity.
Job Requirements

Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and basic data analysis.
Great communication skills, good character, and willingness to learn and adapt to the fast-paced requirements of the fashion industry.
Proactive, team player, highly organized, meticulous, quick, and efficient with a can-do attitude.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with other departments.
Ability to work independently, multi-task, and work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment to meet expected outcomes.
