E-Commerce Operations Executive

Work location: Remote

1, Manage various Ecommerce platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, Amazon, TikTok, etc.
2, Maintain and upload product listing including content for various e-commerce partner's platforms.
3, Ensure all products information such as pricing, inventory, etc are up to date and availability.
4, Monitor all e-commerce orders and ensure that the orders are fulfilled from order to delivery and aftersales.
5, Responsible for e-commerce projects in the pipeline and to work with individuals and teams to ensure that they are delivered on time.
6, Managing Chatline support & Customer Service: Provide response and to inquiries, comments and reviews on various channels on e-commerce platform, phone or emails.
7, Able Compiling, generating, analyzing and creating reports across all e-commerce platforms.
8, Payment reconciliation from all online platforms.
Admin duties such as order processing, payment reconciliation etc.
9, Assist in ad hoc assignments as required.
Requirements:
1, Degree/Diploma in Marketing/Advertising/Communication or a related discipline.
2, Data analysis of digital media performance with reporting tools.
3, Experience with various e-commerce platforms/systems, (e.g. Lazada, Shopee, Amazon, Shopify, Grab etc.)
4, Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
5, Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
6, Understand e-commerce may have odd work hours at different time of day during major campaign.
