We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an E-commerce Operations and Warehouse Intern. The E-Commerce Operations and Warehouse Intern will assist in the daily operations of e-commerce business and warehouse management. This role provides hands-on experience in managing an e-commerce platform, coordinating orders, optimizing inventory processes, and ensuring smooth warehouse operations. The intern will work closely with the operations and warehouse team to streamline workflows, enhance customer satisfaction, and gain valuable skills in e-commerce logistics.
Key Responsibilities
E-Commerce Operations
Order Management
-Assist in processing and fulfilling customer orders from the company's e-commerce platform.
-Ensure accurate and timely order packing, labeling, and dispatching.
-Communicate with customers regarding order status, including delays or issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Logistics Coordination
-Assist with coordinating with shipping partners to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.
-Help troubleshoot any delivery issues, including lost, delayed, or damaged shipments, and work to resolve them quickly.
E-Commerce Platform Management
-Assist with uploading new product listings, managing stock level, promotions, and monitoring site performance.
-Help respond to customer inquiries via the e-commerce platform, ensuring all issues are addressed promptly.
Customer Service and Support
-Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries related to products, orders, and returns via email, phone, and the e-commerce platform.
-Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently, escalating them to the appropriate department if needed.
-Assist in managing customer feedback and working with the team to improve overall customer satisfaction.
Warehouse Operations
Warehouse Operation
-Learn and apply warehouse management software and technologies, contributing to the digital transformation of warehouse operations.
-Support the warehouse team in maintaining a clean and organized workspace, with products stored properly in designated locations.
-Assist in setting up or improving organizational systems to enhance the efficiency of product storage and retrieval.
Product Receiving and Inspection
-Assist with receiving incoming products, checking for damage, and ensuring that the correct quantities are delivered.
-Help with inspecting goods to ensure quality standards are met before they are added to inventory.
Packing and Shipping Assistance
-Assist in packing orders according to company standards, ensuring that all items are correctly picked and packed to minimize errors or damage during shipping.
-Work with the warehouse team to ensure that all shipping procedures are followed, and orders are sent out on time.
Inventory Management
-Assist in monitoring stock levels and updating inventory in the system to ensure accurate inventory counts.
-Help with the restocking of products and maintaining an organized warehouse environment.
-Assist in conducting regular stock checks and reconciling any discrepancies between physical inventory and system data.

-Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
-Technical Skills:
-A keen interest in e-commerce, technology, and logistics.
-Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms and order management system is a plus.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
-Familiarity with inventory management software or ERP systems is a plus.
