E-Commerce Product Development Manager - Australia

**Key responsibilities**:- Develop & Implement Strategic plans for assigned Business Portfolio, including product assortment, pricing, promotion and placement strategies, to achieved sales & profitability targets.- Conduct Market research & analysis to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitive dynamics within assigned Business Portfolio, and use insights to plan the portfolio strategies & decision making.- Monitor competitive landscape & industry trends to identify emerging opportunities & threats within assigned portfolio & develop strategies to capitalize on opportunities & mitigate risk- Analyze Portfolio performance metrics, including sales, margin, inventory levels & market share, and uses data driven insights to identify opportunities for growth & improvement.- Collaborating with several internal teams including sales, supply chain, E-Commerce, marketing ,customer service team & China buying office.- Manage and monitor promotions and derivation of recommendations for action to achieve respective sales targets.**Job specifications**:- Strong analytical, administrative, organizational, and interpersonal skills.- Highly adaptable to change and able to keep up with the fast-paced environment.- Ability to work across cultural and business style in various country.- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheet.- Ability to speak in Mandarin.**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Commission pay**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- E-commerce: 2 years (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)
