Purpose of Role:
Manage and grow AlgoGroup portfolio brands' online e-commerce sales channels, including but not limited to marketplaces and direct-to-consumer sites, and offline activations.
Scope of Work:
-Procurement of inventory based on sales volume and forecasts
-Monitor inventory levels to avoid stockout or overstocked situation
-Design and execute marketing campaigns to drive sales growth, and brand awareness
-Specific focus on driving sales of early stage, or new to market brands (as opposed to established products) through creative strategies such as viral content generation, influencer and community building. Including, but not limited to sourcing and managing pool of influencers / KOLs and brand ambassadors
-Collaborate closely with brand owners and internal stakeholders to ensure platform campaigns are launched and executed on a timely manner
-Launch, manage, monitor and track e-commerce sales activities across brands on sales channels
-Stay in-tuned with competitors marketing campaigns and pricing to maintain AlgoGroup's competitiveness, make recommendations to brand owners
-Build and maintain good working relationships with suppliers and brand owners
-Work with channel specialist on new product listings, ensure the attractiveness of the product visuals and completeness of product information
-Support channel specialists with customer queries
-Prepare daily and monthly reports with key ecommerce KPIs (traffic, ATC, conversion, sales, etc)
-Ad-hoc projects as required

; Requirements:-
-Minimum 2 years of experience in operating ecommerce channels (preference given to Amazon, Lazada, Shopee and Shopify) or in brand management role
-Preference given to those who have worked in FMCG or have experience in inventory procurement and management
-Demonstrated track record of aiding earlier stage, or new to market brands (as opposed to established products) in its marketing efforts, including but not limited to working with influencers, community engagement, and other forms of growth strategies (outreach, PR etc.)
-Good communications skills, can speak, write and read English, Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
-Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast paced environment
-Meticulous, analytical and detail oriented
-Self-motivated, a fast learner
-Proficient in using Google Workspace, in particular usage of Google Sheets and Google Document
-Business administration degree is preferred but not required
-An animal lover / pet owner is preferred but not required
