We are looking for a digital marketing professional with social media experience who understands different social platforms and knows how to effectively utilize them to increase brand awareness and engagement.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute social media marketing strategies and campaigns to drive sales and engagement.
Manage social media platforms and operations including visual merchandising, digital advertising campaigns, and live streaming (Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok, Facebook).
Assist with creating social media content (images, short videos, and captions).
Work closely with and motivate influencers to achieve successful campaigns across social media platforms.
Analyse sales data, customer behaviour, and marketing performance to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
Work closely with marketing and warehouse teams to align ecommerce strategy with overall business goals.
REQUIREMENTS:
At least 2-5 years' experience managing online platforms and livestreams (Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok, Facebook).
Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin.
Strong in e-commerce platforms, data analytics, and ad performance metrics.
