Key Responsibilities:
-Achieve the monthly online sales target provided by Company.
-Develop and implement marketing strategies
-Interact with customers on TikTok, Carousell, Instagram, Facebook, XHS and etc, responding to inquiries, comments and direct messages in a timely and professional manner.
-Showcase our products through engaging content, images and features to stimulate customer interest and drive sales.
-Actively guide customers through the sales process, provide product information, and facilitate the completion of purchases.
-Foster positive relationships with customers through personalized interactions, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction
-Monitor social media channels for trends, customer feedback, and opportunities to enhance our online presence.
-Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align social media activities with overall business objectives.
-Track and report key metrics related to social media sales performance, providing insights to optimize strategies.

; Requirements:-
-Min 2 years of working experience in a Digital / E-Commerce role.
-Passionate self-starter who focuses on results, experimenting and exploring new ideas/solutions.
-Ability to manage social media platforms and create engaging content.
-Good understanding of e-Commerce multiple platforms operation.
-Good writing skills in Chinese, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
-Excellent decision making and analytical skills
-Great leadership skills and being a team player. Able to lead and/or collaborate with other team members within the organization or external partner.
-Independent and self-motivated that keep up to date digital/e-commerce strategies and skills.
