E-Hailing Customer Service

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our E-Hailing customer service team in Medini 7, Iskandar Puteri. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance and resolving inquiries efficiently and professionally.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
Provide accurate information and solutions related to the E-Hailing services.
Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing issues effectively and escalating to the appropriate department when necessary.
Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions in the system.
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
Adapt to rotational shifts, including morning and night shifts, as part of the work schedule.
Requirements:
Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing in English and Malay.
Ability to work in a rotational shift environment, including mornings and nights.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations effectively.
