E-Retails Senior Sales Executive

Lead and mentor the B2B sales team, setting clear objectives and performance metrics to ensure the achievement of sales targets.
Market Expansion and Analysis:
Identify and develop strategies to penetrate new markets, focusing on expanding our client base. Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive intelligence that inform sales strategies.
Client Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, ensuring high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Sales Strategy Development:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies for B2B and export markets, tailoring approaches to meet specific client needs and market conditions. Create and execute comprehensive sales strategies for the B2B team.
Proposal Development:
Oversee the creation of compelling sales presentations and proposals, effectively communicating the value of our products and services.
Negotiation and Closing:
Lead negotiations with the B2B team to clients and oversee terms to ensure favorable outcomes for the company.
Performance Monitoring:
Track B2B team sales performance metrics and provide regular updates to the sales manager, adjusting strategies to meet objectives. Set clear sales objectives and KPIs for the sales team, regularly reviewing performance and providing feedback. Work closely with sales and operations teams to ensure alignment in sales efforts and customer support.
Reporting:
Prepare monthly and weekly detailed sales reports and forecasts for the Sales Manager, analyzing performance data to inform strategic decisions.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of work experience in B2B sales and export markets in the FMCG industry.
Proven track record of leading sales teams and achieving monthly targets.
Strong understanding of international trade regulations and export processes.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, behavior, discipline, and interpersonal skills.
Able to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and market exploration.
Positive attitude and friendly disposition.
