E-Trade Marketing Manager, Personal Health Singapore & Malaysia
The E-Trade Marketing Manager is responsible for creating & delivering the best consumer experience across our key eCommerce retailer and Marketplaces, ensuring smooth consumer and shopper journey alongside all touchpoints. The role is responsible for Sellout delivery, Competitive positioning, Foundational (PDP; brand store), Peak event planning, and on Platform ecosystem and media coordination.Your Role:Acts as single point of contact of campaign performance manager for the e-commerce marketplaces.Responsible for the collectively set of sell out targets on e-commerce marketplaces in coordination with EKAM & track continuously to achieve the same.Coordinate with all relevant stakeholders to align the on-platform media ecosystem and ensure targets are defined, appropriate, and in line with overall KPI's.Find new opportunities to grow revenue and sales. – Hands-on experience in marketplace portal management (If Amazon then for Amazon In, Vendor Central, Amazon Pi, AMS).Analyze data, trends, performance and leverage your understanding of marketing and the platform's ad solutions (e.g. If Amazon then -Amazon Search, Amazon Display, Amazon DSP & remarketing) to create holistic marketing strategies for Philips by working with senior decision-makers - Internal Stakeholders & External Stakeholders - Business, Marketing & Insights and drive return on ad spends for all campaigns executed.Monitor Online Excellence (OLE) on creatives and shopper CDJ optimization across key eCommerce retailer/marketplaces/D2C and initiate product content adaptations & optimizations in close collaboration with relevant marketing, Q&R and digital teams (including Product detail pages and Brand Stores).Support local initiated campaigns with deployment, landing page(s) and retailer (EComm Marketplace) channel specific activation.Drive analytics to support fact-based decision marketing processes, ongoing optimization, and ROI modeling.Collaborate with cross-functional teams:Digital & Media team to ensure full ecosystem synergies.EKAM to ensure availability and customer matrix optimization.Content lead to ensure assets consistency in presenting our brand.Financial reconciliation with internal & external stakeholders.Drive R&R excellence on Platforms.Brief and co-ordinate relevant external agencies.You're likely the right fit if you possess:Bachelor or Masters or Comparable practical experience.Digital Mindset.Platform skills for the relevant marketplace.Action Oriented and data-driven, clearly define decision-making process, use data-driven insights and seek inputs from diverse and inclusive sets of stakeholders.How we work togetherWe believe that we are better together than apart.
