We are a nature-based preschool looking for a passionate Early Childhood Educator who loves nature and children to join our team. As an educator, you will create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children to learn and grow. Responsibilities:
Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.Create a supportive and engaging learning environment.Foster the physical, cognitive, social, and emotional development of each child.Observe and assess children's progress and maintain accurate records.Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's progress.Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment.Implement positive behavior management strategies.Engage with children during activities and ensure their safety and well-being. Requirements:
Passionate individual who loves and enjoys working with childrenMinimum Diploma in ECCE or EquivalentFresh graduates OR individuals with no experience are welcomeAble to speak fluent English or ChineseKnowledge of child development theories and best practicesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Patience, empathy, and the ability to create a nurturing environment.
