Early Childhood Educator

We are a nature-based preschool looking for a passionate Early Childhood Educator who loves nature and children to join our team.
As an educator, you will create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children to learn and grow.
Your enthusiasm, creativity, and commitment to early childhood development are key in providing a positive educational experience for our students.
Responsibilities: -Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.
-Create a supportive and engaging learning environment.
-Foster the physical, cognitive, social, and emotional development of each child.
-Observe and assess children's progress and maintain accurate records.
-Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's progress.
-Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment.
-Implement positive behavior management strategies.
-Engage with children during activities and ensure their safety and well-being.
