This role is to support the day-to-day administrative operations of an Ecommerce business.
RESPONSIBITIES Product Management - Uploading and updating product listings such as descriptions, pricing, images and specifications in the system - Managing inventory levels and coordinating stocks replenishment 2.Order Processing & Coordinations - Handling and verifying online orders - Monitoring orer status and coordinating with warehouses for fulfillment 3.Inventory Monitoring - Updating stock levels and flagging low inventory to the relevant teams - Assisting in stock reconciliations to ensure accurate inventory records - Coordinating with product team to track shipments and deliveries 4.Customer Support Assistance - Respond for basic customer inquiries via chat or messenger - Assisting in processing returns, refunds or exchanges. 5.Administrative Support - Managing records, files and reports related to sales, inventory and others related - Assisting in preparation of routine reports for Management - Support in terms of Marketing by gathering product or pricing data for promotions SKILLS & COMPETENCIES1.Familiarity with Ecommerce platforms like TikTok, Shopee, Lazada or Shopify2.Knowledge of Mircosoft Excel or Goggle Sheets for report3.Ability to manage multiple tasks efficeintly and prioritize workload4.Basic communication skils handle internal and external coordination and follow-ups5.Problem solving mindset for tackling operational challenges QUALIFICATIONS1.High School Diploma or equivalent; in business administration or related field is an advantage2.1 - 2 years clerical or administrative experience, preferably in Ecommerce or Retail3.Familiarity with online marketplaces is a plus4.Basic computer literacy and experience with data entry tools 5.Proficiency in English and Bahasa
