Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience in handling processing of orders from Lazada and Shopee.
Experience handling campaigns like 9/9, 11/11, and 12/12 is essential.
Ability to handle high-volume billing under pressure.
Job Scope:
Providing support to the Warehouse Department for processing daily purchase orders.
Processing sales purchase orders, verifying the price list & inventory available, and issuing sales invoices via accounting software with strict timelines.
Monitoring and verifying sales orders via online e-commerce platforms (Lazada and Shopee) on a daily basis.
Handling communications with warehouse personnel via phone, email, and in-person.
Proficiency in MS Excel, including formulas such as PIVOT and VLOOKUP.
Able to meet strict timelines and deliverables on a daily basis.
Submission of sales invoices and other reports required by management on a daily basis.
