What's the team function?
The Customer Experience team is responsible for:
the entire shopping experience of customers, starting from pre-sales until after-sales services
leaving an incomparably WOW impression on customers that support DASHER
upholding DASHER's vision to provide a futuristic shopping experience, NOT just about pushing SALES but fighting for the greatest EXPERIENCE that customers enjoy

What's the skill required?
Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply! Training will be provided.
Candidates must be able to speak Mandarin to serve Mandarin-speaking customers.
Typing speed of 40 words or above per minute
Able to commute to Setia Avenue, Setia Alam
Able to work on a shift rotation basis, currently we have two shifts: day shift (8am to 5pm) and night shift (3pm to 12am)
Who's there to support you?
Do not worry! Everything starts with training where your senior will guide you through our product information and internal communication process flow.
After the onboarding training session, you will be guided by your team lead starting from day one on the ground; you're not doing this alone! They will also be your mentor should you require assistance or clarification on all work-related matters.
You will be involved in various internal sharing sessions about the latest information on new product launches and marketing promotion-related news updates.
