We are seeking a passionate and creative individual to join our team as an E-commerce Marketing and Design Executive. This role is ideal for individuals looking to expand their skills across various marketing and design disciplines, particularly those with startup mindset, can-do spirit, and willingness to take on new challenges.
Job Scope:
E-commerce Marketing:
-Maintain and update online stores on platforms like WooCommerce WordPress, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, Etsy, etc including web page design, photos update, copywriting etc.
-Constantly seek opportunities to enhance the user experience and optimize conversion rates by improving UI/UX
-Ensure smooth ecommerce operation and proactively work with website technical team/ecommerce platform agents to address any issues with the site/platforms.
-Create and manage regular blog posts for SEO and send targeted email newsletters to subscribers.
-Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries across various platforms.
-Assist with day-to-day marketing operations.
Design:
-Design banners, posters, social media posts and ad visuals for ecommerce, marketing and social media purposes
-Take high-quality product photos/videos for marketing campaigns.
-Design and create visually appealing product packaging.
-Assist with day-to-day design needs within the company.
Other:
-Be ready to assist with various tasks as needed to contribute to the team's success.
