Job Description:
Taking on this role, you will be responsible for supporting our team. You will be supporting in ecommerce operations and value added services such as key account management, store management, marketing, campaign planning, customer service, business analysis, fulfillment and logistics in different ecommerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia..etc.
Responsibilities:
-Support the planning, coordination and execution of ecommerce campaigns and promotions.
-Responsible for brand strategy, promo marketing, product listings and pricing submission for all ecommerce platforms.
-Strategize marketing activities across ecommerce and social platforms.
-Assist in creating and managing the work timeline to be efficient and delivered in a timely manner.
-Communicate, liaise and manage stock, inventory and fulfillment efficiently with internal and external providers.
-Take lead in analyzing data and brain storming solutions for better performance
-Work closely with internal and external teams for smooth ecommerce operations.
-Other ad-hoc projects related to ecommerce, online sales and marketing activities.

-University degree / diploma (Business, Marketing or equivalent preffered)
-Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in e-commerce industry.
-Experienced in understanding and able to operate on one or more ecommerce marketplaces (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tokopedia,..etc).
-Organized and good attention to details.
-Strong communication, good attitude, problem-solving skills and willing to learn.
-Experienced with using Excel, Word and Powerpoint
-Independent, self-Initiative and flexible to take on new challenges.
-Experienced in operating photoshop and meta business is an advantage.
-The capacity to work independently and collaboratively with others.
