Digital & Search Marketing (Marketing & Communications)
Role Overview:
The eCommerce Specialist/Executive will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our online store, with a focus on improving key performance metrics, including sales, conversion rates, and customer engagement. You will play a key role in planning and executing eCommerce strategies that will boost sales and ensure our online store remains competitive and relevant.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategies to improve store performance and increase revenue.
Identify opportunities for growth, including product assortment optimization, pricing adjustments, and promotional activities.
Website Optimization & Performance Management:Monitor, analyze, and report on website traffic, sales, and other KPIs using tools like Google Analytics.
Optimize the website for usability, content, and conversion rate.
Ensure product listings, descriptions, and images are up-to-date and accurately represent our offerings.Digital Marketing & SEO:Coordinate with the digital marketing team to drive targeted traffic to the store through SEO, PPC, email campaigns, and social media.
Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search ranking and visibility.Customer Experience & Retention:Enhance the online customer experience through personalization, product recommendations, and improved navigation.
Work with customer support to improve satisfaction and resolve issues quickly.Performance Analysis & Reporting:Track and report on weekly and monthly performance metrics, analyzing what's working and identifying areas for improvement.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in eCommerce management, preferably with experience in dropshipping or electronic gadgets.
Proficiency in eCommerce platforms and analytics tools (e.g. WordPress, WooCommerce, Google Analytics, etc).
Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and conversion rate optimization best practices.
Strong analytical skills with an ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
