Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Education Advisor (Sales & Marketing) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving student enrollment by promoting the school's programs, nurturing relationships with prospective families, and executing strategic marketing initiatives. This role requires a passion for education and a strong background in sales, marketing, or admissions.
Key Responsibilities: Student Enrollment: Develop and execute effective strategies to increase student enrollment through outreach, follow-ups, and personalized consultations with prospective parents and students.
Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns that raise brand awareness, drive leads, and promote the school's unique programs and values.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective families, offering guidance on the admissions process and ensuring a positive experience from first contact to enrollment.
Market Research: Conduct market research to understand trends, competitor offerings, and parent/student needs, and use this data to refine sales and marketing strategies.
Events Management: Plan and execute open houses, school tours, and other events aimed at attracting potential students and families.
Partnerships: Develop partnerships with local businesses, educational consultants, and community organizations to enhance the school's visibility and reputation.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Education, or a related fieldMinimum 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or education admissions (experience in the international school sector is a plus)Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsProven ability to meet targets and work in a fast-paced, results-driven environmentKnowledge of digital marketing tools and CRM systemsPassion for education and commitment to promoting quality learning experiencesWhy Join Us?
