Job Responsibilities:Identify suitable locations and develop new education centers.
Manage and oversee daily operations at the centers.
Maintain the center's business to ensure profitability meets designated targets.
Analyze the competitive landscape and market conditions across regions to assess feasibility for establishing operations.
Build a professional teaching team and drive student recruitment efforts.
Minimum Requirements:Candidates must possess at least a Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of experience in early childhood education or school management, particularly in preschool or international school management (Preference for candidates with relevant qualifications).
Able to speak in English & Mandarin.
Understanding of market trends and competitive landscape in the education industry to develop effective enrollment strategies and enhance the center's brand.
Familiarity with the procedures and regulations for establishing an education center in Malaysia.
Basic financial management skills, including budgeting, cost control, and profit analysis, to maintain the center's financial health.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Knowledge of curriculum standards and best practices in education.
High sense of responsibility and passion for career development.
