We are seeking an Intern in Customer Experience Team to join us.
The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure delivering happiness through great customer experiences and assist to build and nurture relationships with our clients to drive satisfaction and retention.

Timely Response: -Respond to customer inquiries and technical issues promptly and effectively.

Meeting Targets: -Work towards meeting registration and call targets for each event, contributing to the success of our programs.
-Support in achieving payment collection targets through effective follow-up with existing and new clients.

Administrative Support: -Assist with various administrative duties as required, including scheduling events and procuring office supplies.
-Maintain attention to detail in all administrative tasks to uphold quality standards.
Ideal candidates should be passionate about working in the evolving field of educational business and demonstrate a propensity for creative, unconventional strategies to drive results.
