The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure delivering happiness through great customer experiences and assist to build & nurture relationships with our clients to drive satisfaction and retention.

ResponsibilitiesCustomer Relationship Management:
Deliver outstanding customer experiences to enhance satisfaction and retention.
Build and nurture relationships with customers.
Timely Response:
Respond to customer inquiries and technical issues promptly and effectively.
Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns to enhance satisfaction.
Meeting Targets:
Work towards meeting registration and call targets for each event, contributing to the success of our programs.
Support in achieving payment collection targets through effective follow-up with existing and new clients.
Administrative Support:
Assist with various administrative duties as required, including scheduling events and procuring office supplies.
Maintain attention to detail in all administrative tasks to uphold quality standards.
Ideal candidates should be passionate about working in the evolving field of educational business and demonstrate a propensity for creative, unconventional strategies to drive results.
Job RequirementsProficiency in spoken and written English and Mandarin is preferred.
Familiarity with G Suite applications and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Attention to detail to uphold quality standards.
Required to work physically in our office based in Puchong, Malaysia.
High school Graduates/ Diploma / Degree Interns are welcome to apply, with a willingness to learn and grow in the role.
