Job Overview:As an Education Exhibition Sales representative, you will play a pivotal role in organizing and executing our college's education fair. Your primary responsibility will be to attract exhibitors and sponsors to participate in the event, fostering valuable partnerships to enhance the overall experience for both visitors and participants. Your enthusiasm for education and ability to communicate effectively will be essential in achieving success in this role.Key Responsibilities:2. Develop and Maintain Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with exhibitors and sponsors, understanding their needs and objectives to ensure their seamless integration into the event. Provide necessary support and information throughout the registration and preparation process.3. Sales and Negotiation: Effectively communicate the value proposition of the education fair to exhibitors and sponsors. Negotiate agreements, contracts, and sponsorship packages to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.4. Market and Promote the Event: Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials and campaigns that drive exhibitor participation and increase footfall during the education fair.5. Event Coordination: Collaborate with the event planning team to ensure smooth execution of the education fair. Assist in logistics, booth allocations, and on-site support for exhibitors.6. Post-Event Evaluation: Gather feedback from exhibitors and sponsors to assess their satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
