Hence, they are looking for an Education Key Account Manager based in the Klang Valley with strong B2B training and education experience to champion training, onboarding, and relationship management among International and Chinese Independent schools in Malaysia. Job Description Among the many responsibilities, some are as follows:
Lead engaging training sessions for educators to seamlessly integrate their programmes into the school's curriculum. Build and manage strong, meaningful business relationships with stakeholders and educators in key schools, acting as a trusted advisor for digital literacy and coding education. Support educators and students in the coding program by monitoring engagement, gathering feedback, and implementing improvement strategies. Promptly resolve any technical issues for educators to ensure smooth use of the Walnut Coding platform. Collaborate with different departments to organize coding workshops, hackathons, and educational events, and contribute to curriculum development efforts. Oversee post-closure deal performance, ensuring compliance and commitment fulfilment. Continuously refine partnership metrics and governance to maximize business value. Evaluate the strategic and economic benefits of partnerships, fostering connections with key technology and educational partners. The Successful Applicant The successful candidate will be confident in growing uptake and the business, while having the drive to build business rapport with new schools while growing existing ones. It's critical you have an all-rounded experience and must possess the requirements below:
Bachelor's Degree with at least 3 years of school teaching experience, specifically in IT, ICT, computer science or similar subjects. If you currently teaching IT/CS subjects in school and are looking out, this is perfect for you! Excellent written, oral communication & presentation skills in English and Mandarin to effectively handle internal and external Mandarin-speaking stakeholders. Flexibility for extensive domestic travel to directly engage with schools and educators is essential. You can be based preferably in Klang Valley or Penang. Dynamic and hands-on who can promptly provide solutions to technical issues and queries by clients.
