The Education Services Manager supports the Senior Manager (Education), Deputy Head of School (Education), Course Directors, and Deputy Course Directors in delivering education-related administrations and operations. It leads and manages the Education Support Services team and is responsible for providing high-quality course and unit development and administration, as well as assessment administration for the school's undergraduate and postgraduate coursework programs.
The Education Services Manager also oversees course and unit offering management, academic staff support, learning and teaching support systems and tools, SETU teaching evaluations, education committee meetings, and special projects management under the direction of the Deputy Head of School (Education). The role ensures alignment between student and academic services, supporting the School of Business's strategic and operational priorities and contributing to service excellence that reinforces the School's reputation.
Reporting Line: The position reports to Senior Education Manager.
