Role Description
As our Educational Content Strategist, you will play a key role in developing and implementing courses across a variety of in-demand topics, from brand transformation and marketing strategy to AI.
Working closely with our expert trainers, you'll create a learning experience that blends real-world applications with innovative technology, equipping learners to leverage advanced tools and strategic insights.
This role is perfect for someone passionate about designing educational experiences that not only teach but inspire and empower.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Development:Design, structure, and refine course materials for both online and in-person learning.
Industry Insight Integration:Stay informed on industry advancements to keep course content relevant, adapting to emerging trends.
Bilingual Content Creation:Develop materials in English and Chinese.
Technology-Enhanced Learning:Integrate AI tools and Online Learning Systems to ensure engaging, effective delivery of educational content.
Project Management:Oversee multiple content projects, manage timelines, and ensure high-quality, on-time delivery in a fast-evolving educational landscape.
Qualifications
Educational Background:Bachelor's degree in Education, Marketing, Technology, or related fields, with experience in AI or automation as a plus.
Experience:Minimum of 2 years working experience within the creative, advertising, or production sectors.
Language Skills:Fluency in English and Chinese, essential for content creation and team collaboration.
Other Requirements:
Own transport is required for work flexibility.
Availability to work during public holidays, when needed, to support time-sensitive campaigns or events.
