Education:
• Proficiency in Mandarin and English, encompassing reading, writing, and speaking skills, is essential.
• Diploma/Bachelors (or equivalent) in Early Childhood Education/Education/Psychology/Special Education
Year of Experience:
• 1 year and more
Job Requirements/Responsibilities:
Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet interests and learning style of children
Write and implement lesson plans according to the school curriculum
Provide tools and resources for children to use and explore during learning and play activities
Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and co-workers
Work collaboratively with co-workers
Manage classroom activities including lessons, play, breaks, and meals
Track children's progress and developmental milestones
Write and present quarterly reports to parents
Maintain a clean and tidy learning environment
Encourage children to interact with each other to develop social skills
Always provide appropriate supervision for children
Maintain inventory system for classroom materials and supplies
Adhere to health/safety and sanitation procedures
Adhere to all company standard operating procedures
• Experience in special needs education will be considered an advantage.
