-Responsible for the following plant's activities: -
a) Preventive Maintenance activities.
b) Daily machineries and equipment's breakdown maintenance.
c) Project engineering support.
-Suggest recommendation on the possibility of machineries and equipment modification and upgrading in order to prevent man-hour losses due to prolong and frequent Machineries and Equipment's breakdown and ultimately assist to maximize production output.
-Plan, implement, monitor and ensure that the Electrical Preventive Maintenance Program is carried out in accordance to the approved schedule.
-Ensure that the Company Quality System Procedures and Work Instruction are implemented and maintained in accordance with ISO 9001/ ISO 45001.
-Able to handle PLC or any automation projects according to process requirements.
-Have knowledge and experience in DC Drives, Inverters, Instrumentation, motors.
-Responsible for the planning and work supervision of a team of engineer, chargeman, supervisor, technician and wireman.
-Ensure and monitor all maintenance and repair works are carried out to meet the satisfaction and acceptance.
-Prepare daily report and time sheet for all work carried out for review and approved by the superior.
-Handle HT equipment's maintenance and projects example switchgears, transformers in 33KV, 11KV.
-Ensure availability of critical spare parts for all electrical equipment.
-Ensure safe keeping of PLC Programs.
-Able to design motor controls and ability to adopt new technologies to maximize production output.
-Work closely with Production and Mechanical Department.
-Ensure and monitor that all surveillance system and cameras are fully functional.
-Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management from time to time.

; Requirements:-
-Candidate needs to work closely with expatriate consultant from China. As such, it is REQUIRED for the candidate to be able to read and write in Mandarin.
-Candidate must possess at least an Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Electrical and Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
-At least 4 year(s) of working experience in any industry.
-Preferably Assist Managers/Managers level specializing in Manufacturing/ Production Operations or equivalent.
-Have strong knowledge and experiences in HMI, Motor control, PLC Programming (Siemens S5, S7), AC and DC Drive (Siemens, ABB, Schneider), Overhead Cranes system, HT power system
-Must be a hands-on person.
-Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin.
-Applicants must be willing to work in Bukit Raja, Klang.
