Electrical & Elv Estimator

Key Responsibilities Report to Project Director / Manager on day to day estimation operation. Prepare and maintain accurate tender project report & daily task.Ensure accuracy and completeness of all tender project document is properly recorded, filed, and easily accessible.Maintain organized filing systems for documents and ensure compliance with record retention policies and regulations.Development & Improvement Contribute ideas and suggestions for enhancing efficiency or productivity in quotation preparation processOperations Generate Electrical and ELV quotation and prepare costing accurately and on timeManage time for multiple tender projectsSeeking quotations from vendors/suppliers and conducting price comparisons as required.Study and clarify tender specificationPrepare related tender documents such as Schedule of Technical Data, Schedule of Unit Rate, BOQ, etcUpdate pricing in company's inventory systemCoordinate with internal department team for tender-related clarificationOthers Propose/Attend learning competence which help in workOther duties and task given by Management from time to time Requirements
Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Quantity Surveying or equivalent Business related computer skills including Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to read and interpret electrical single line diagram is an added advantageGood written communication and interpersonal skillsExceptional time management skillsExperience estimator in same industry will be under priority consideration and shall be renumerated according to experienceFresh Graduate welcome to apply.
