Electrical Engineer (Alor Gajah)

Plan, schedule, and supervise routine maintenance work for electrical (all fields).Machine breakdown troubleshooting & problem analysis.Participate in developing and implementing programs to ensure equipment meets or exceeds maintenance-related targets.To maximize quality and production while minimizing production and maintenance costs and unscheduled downtime. Evaluate costs, ordering parts/services, etc. Direct workers in electrical, electronic, and pneumatic maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment.Identifies equipment that is not reliable and performs root cause failure analysis to develop and implement effective improvements.Provide hands-on electrical/electronic technical support/troubleshooting to solve problems of root cause.Tracks the machinery performance of reliability improvements to determine their effectiveness and make additional modifications if required.Assists in electrical troubleshooting techniques for major/repetitive equipment.Provides electrical-related technical assistance to maintenance and operations personnel to minimize maintenance problems. Requirements Diploma and above in Electrical & Electronic.Minimum 2 years experience in the Manufacturing industry.Proficiency in CAD.We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking parties.
