Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in manufacturing field.
Have knowledge and experience in PLC programming for Omron and Siemens.
Technically competent with good analytical skills, result-oriented, proactive, resourceful with a high degree of independence and perseverance.
Fluent in speaking and writing in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Able to join immediately is an advantage.
Job Responsibilities:
To plan and identify machine's malfunctions and isolate the failure on electrical mechanisms.
Daily job scheduling, project assignment, and machine preventive maintenance planning.
Prepare electrical diagrams and programs for machines and improvement projects.
Manage Preventive Maintenance and review machinery performance for necessary action to ensure continuous functioning or improvement measures.
Control total maintenance cost optimally with spare parts management, vendor evaluations, machine-related optimizing measures (part's reliability study), and allocation of manpower.
Prepare validation reports for new products/machinery and monthly reports on engineering maintenance efficiency.
Support and collaborate with other departments for smooth operating systems, improvement action plans, and new production or working methods.
Other related duties as assigned by superior from time to time.
