Responsible for continuously reviewing the preventive maintenance checklist to ensure continuous improvement and support machine reliability.
Coordinate and schedule preventive maintenance activities to ensure effectiveness and machine reliability.
Carry out modifications and changes to existing machines and document them to improve quality and productivity.
Enhance subordinate awareness of product quality issues.
Participate strongly in factory improvement or new product development projects.
Plan and coordinate service department manpower job deployment effectively and fairly.
Follow up and coordinate unresolved findings from preventive maintenance activities.
Collaborate with the production team to troubleshoot machine/equipment issues to minimize impact on production operations.
Train and coach maintenance team members to improve their knowledge and skills.
Monitor spare parts control methods for stock receiving and issuing.
Ensure factory operations comply with FMA 1967 & OSHA 1994 requirements.
Implement and follow up on 6S and Kaizen activities continuously.
