Equipment Management:Responsible for the proper operation, maintenance and overhaul of all 132kV equipment in the power station, including transformers, switchgear, and relay protection devices.
Safety Management:Ensure that all safety regulations and standards are met during the operation and maintenance of the power station, implement and monitor safety measures to prevent accidents.
Team Management:Manage and direct the O&M team, develop work plans, assign tasks, monitor work progress, and provide training and technical support.
Records and Reports:Maintain O&M records, prepare and submit operation and maintenance reports, analyse equipment operation data and fault records to optimise equipment performance and O&M strategies.
Compliance:Ensure that all O&M activities are in compliance with relevant regulations, standards and company policies such as the requirements of the Energy Commission of Malaysia (Suruhanjaya Tenaga).
Project Collaboration:Coordinate with other departments or contractors to participate in the planning and implementation of power plant renovation, upgrade or new construction projects.
Job Requirements:
Education Background:Degree or above.
Work Experience:11KV power station from construction management to operation management experience, or fresh graduates majoring in electrical engineering.
Skills Required:Solid electrical knowledge, familiarity with operation and maintenance of Low Voltage System or High Voltage System power equipment, troubleshooting and problem solving skills, good team management and communication skills.
Technical Competence:Ability to use power system analysis software and equipment monitoring tools, understand and apply best practices for operation and maintenance of electrical systems.
Qualification Certificate:Possess low voltage or high voltage electrician certificate.
Language Skills:Good command of Malay, English communication skills, Mandarin is a plus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
