Job Responsibilities:To supervise site operations to meet project deadlines in accordance with project schedules, layouts, drawings, and specifications.
To be responsible for managing all site matters and activities on a Project Site.
To ensure all testing is completed and defects are resolved.
To carry out joint inspections.
To report site progress to the Project Manager.
Attend project monitoring site work progress, sub-contractor & workers attendance.
Liaison with main contractors, Builders, Consultants, and other M & E services.
Responsible & able to work independently.
Minimum Requirements:Candidate must possess at least SPM, Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Electrical) or equivalent.
Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact well at all levels.
Mature personality, independent, initiative, self-motivated, and have good technical skills in decision making.
At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Possess own transport and willing to travel.
