**Job Descriptions**:Supervision and Leadership:- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of electrical technicians, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring efficient use of resources and timely completion of work.- Motivate and empower team members to achieve performance goals and meet project objectives.Maintenance and Repair:- Plan and prioritize electrical maintenance activities, including routine inspections, repairs, and troubleshooting.- Coordinate with maintenance planners to schedule preventive maintenance tasks and minimize downtime.- Respond to emergency maintenance requests and address electrical issues promptly to ensure uninterrupted operations.Installation and Commissioning:- Oversee the installation and commissioning of electrical systems, equipment, and machinery.- Ensure that installations comply with engineering drawings, specifications, and safety standards.- Conduct pre-commissioning tests and inspections to verify the integrity and functionality of electrical installations.Safety and Compliance:- Enforce safety protocols and procedures to promote a safe working environment for all employees.- Conduct safety briefings, toolbox talks, and training sessions to raise awareness of electrical hazards and safe work practices.- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and standards governing electrical work.**Requirements**:- Recognized SPM or SPVM or technical certificate in a relevant branch of electrical and/or electronic.- Minimum five (5) years working experience in oil, gas & petrochemical industry relevant to maintenance services for electrical equipment and system and three (3) year experience in supervisory role.**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to Friday- Weekend jobs
